When I try to enter the chat room, I receive a BANNED message, I am not sure why. I never post anything inappropriate. Please remove the ban. Thank you.

You were not banned but the IP your carrier assigned you today has been flagged thanks to a spam bot. You should be OK now and if it happens again, turn your device off and back on to aquire a new IP.

I am still banned. Turning my phone off and on didn't work. Please help !
